1. Booking and Deposit Policy

Booking Confirmation

  • To secure your wedding date, a non-refundable booking deposit of £[Deposit Amount] is required. The booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

 

2. Payment Policy

Payment Schedule

  • The remaining balance is due 3 weeks before the wedding date.

  • Additional services or hours requested on the wedding day must be paid in full before the final deliverables are handed over.

Payment Methods

  • We accept payments via bank transfer, Cash and PayPal.

 

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Client Cancellation

  • Cancellations made more than 90 days before the wedding date will incur no additional fees beyond the non-refundable deposit.

  • Cancellations made between 60 and 90 days before the wedding date will require 50% of the remaining balance to be paid.

  • Cancellations made less than 60 days before the wedding date will require the full remaining balance to be paid.

Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling more than 60 days before the wedding date will be accommodated without any additional fees, subject to availability.

  • Rescheduling less than 60 days before the wedding date will incur a rescheduling fee of £[Rescheduling Fee], subject to availability.

 

4. Force Majeure

  • Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond their control, such as natural disasters, war, or other unforeseeable events.

 

5. Deliverables

Photo Delivery

  • Fully edited, high-resolution images will be delivered within 2-4 weeks after the wedding.

  • Photos will be provided via a USB drive and an online gallery for easy sharing with friends and family.

Sneak Peek

  • A selection of sneak peek photos will be available within next day after the wedding for friends and family or social media sharing.

 

6. Rights and Usage

Client Rights

  • Clients will receive high-resolution, copyright-free images for personal use, including printing and sharing on social media.

Photographer Rights

  • Culey Photography reserves the right to use selected images for promotional purposes, including website portfolios, social media, and marketing materials. If you prefer your images not to be used for these purposes, please inform us in writing.

 

7. Image Storage

  • We store your images for 3 months after delivery. We recommend you back up your photos upon receipt.

 

8. Privacy Policy

  • We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. We do not share your details with third parties without your consent.

 

9. Code of Conduct

  • We maintain a professional and respectful demeanor at all times and expect the same from our clients and their guests. Any inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of services.
